Appian Technology plc the provider of Automatic License Plate Recognition systems ('ALPR') and traffic management products and solutions, has won a contract, worth GBP180,000, to supply one the UK's largest police forces with its Talon ALPR technology.
Thames Valley Police Tender Win - In partnership with Optilan

The contract covers the supply, installation, commissioning of fixed and mobile vehicle number plate recognition (ALPR) systems throughout the Thames Valley Region. Optilan will provide turnkey systems incorporating ALPR equipment from Appian Plc based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.
