Number of Securities In Issue
The Company’s issued share capital consists of 50,000 redeemable preference shares with a nominal value of £1 each and 147,854,995 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1.0 pence each (“ordinary shares”), each share having equal voting rights.
The company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 147,854,995. At 10 August 2007 the following interests of shareholders in excess of 3%, have been notified to the company.
